Esin Pektas, AIA, PE, RA, LEED AP BD+C, is a dual-licensed Professional Engineer and Registered Architect in New York with over 20 years of experience delivering complex infrastructure projects across North America, Europe, and Asia. Her portfolio exceeds $100 billion in transportation, civic, and urban development programs, integrating engineering, architecture, and construction leadership at scale.

She is currently involved in the $19 billion redevelopment of John F. Kennedy International Airport in New York City, supporting multiple airline projects across Terminals 1, 6, and 8. This program is one of the largest aviation transformations in the United States, aimed at redefining JFK as a world-class global gateway.

As Vice President of Engineering at OESC Group, a tribally owned firm under the Oneida Nation, Esin led multidisciplinary teams across the U.S. and Japan. She advanced the use of AI, IoT, and digital twin technologies and contributed to the Spaceport of the Future Infrastructure (SPOTFI) initiative. She previously served as Major Capital Projects Program Director at the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey.

Esin is an active global delegate, educator, and TEDx speaker. Outside of work, she sails competitively and pilots a Cessna 172.
