Diana Urias

I’m Diana Urias, and I’m excited to continue my role with the SPSSG team as Secretary. After serving as a program representative in Spring 2024 and co-chairing the social committee in the Fall, I’ve had the pleasure of collaborating with some incredible SPS students. I’m a proud California girl, originally from San Jose, and my journey to New York was inspired by my passion for pursuing a master’s degree in Nonprofit Management. My interest in this field comes from my personal experiences with nonprofit organizations while navigating the foster care and juvenile justice systems. I’m eager to use my insights to advocate for SPS students and support initiatives that align with their needs. It’s an honor to serve as Secretary, and I can’t wait to see what this term holds for SPSSG and the entire SPS community!
