Rosalie Polanco is a driven professional who has built success in communications, events management, and diversity compliance roles for organizations across multiple sectors. Eclectic progressions in her career have led her to become the change agent and the genuine champion for inclusivity, equity, and diversity she is today.
In her current role with McKissack & McKissack, she works on the New Terminal One (NTO) redevelopment project at JFK. She works closely with the aviation, construction, and project management teams to build NTO and ultimately, manage the operating terminal in addition to working with regulatory agencies and other external stakeholders.
Her responsibilities include elements of procurement, program management, and compliance to maximize the project’s supplier diversity program with goals for M/WBE, SDVOB, local and female workforce utilization, and community development.
