Ramona Garcia

Ramona Garcia is Director of Learning Strategy and Execution at Pfizer, where she leads the design and implementation of strategic learning initiatives that drive organizational performance. Throughout her career, Ramona has demonstrated a passion for developing innovative, data-centric solutions to complex people challenges across a variety of functional areas.

Ramona's work is distinguished by her ability to explore novel ways of understanding talent beyond typical process-centered approaches, leveraging analytics and human-centric design to address critical business needs. Most recently, she served as Director of Organizational Development at Pfizer, and prior to that as People Agile Project Lead at S&P Global, where she held various roles centered around HR Analytics, Labor Relations, and Organizational Design. She has also held positions at CBS Corporation (now Paramount) and TransPerfect Translations.

Ramona holds a Master of Science in Human Capital Management from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Arts in Corporate Communications from Baruch College. She is also a trained Co-Active Institute coach and Core Strengths Certified Facilitator.
