NECR April Webinar: Negotiating a Foreign Fintech Unicorn in A New Market

Dr. Jonathan Chang ('11 SPS) will discuss how he applies the practical skills of negotiation and conflict resolution in business (contracts, vendor agreement, internal corporate dispute, among others). Jonathan leverages the knowledge gained from NECR on a daily basis and will share how he uses his skills to navigate the complexity of scaling a foreign unicorn fintech company in a market like Indonesia, where conflicts can arise from cultural misunderstanding and miscommunication.
