Effective immediately, access to the Morningside campus has been limited to students residing in residential buildings on campus (Carman, Furnald, John Jay, Hartley, Wallach, East Campus and Wien) and employees who provide essential services to campus buildings, labs and residential student life (for example, Dining, Public Safety, and building maintenance staff). Eileen McGinnis

Lecturer, Sustainability Management; Chairman of the Board, CMC Energy Services

Eileen McGinnis recently stepped down as president and CEO of CMC Energy Services, one of the country's largest women-owned businesses with offices in eight states. At CMC, she was responsible for furthering the company's mission to provide energy efficiency programs that provide broad economic, environmental, public health and employment benefits on a national level. During her tenure, the company tripled in size while maintaining its commitment to providing innovative, cost-effective measures to conserve energy. 

Prior to entering the private sector, McGinnis held top policy, regulatory, and management positions in state and federal governments for over two decades. These include chief of staff to the administrator of the US EPA, where she provided counsel on the key policy and regulatory issues facing the Agency, as well as chief of policy to the governor of New Jersey, where she was responsible for executing the governor's policy agenda. 

McGinnis completed a program designed for leaders in public service at Princeton University's Woodrow Wilson School where she earned a graduate degree in public policy and a certificate in science, technology, and environmental policy.  She is a graduate of Goucher College in Towson, MD.
