Rhiannon Gulick

Lecturer, Sustainability Management; Senior Global Practice Specialist, DAI

Rhiannon Gulick is a senior global practice specialist at DAI, a large international development contractor. Her work blends technical expertise in climate change and natural resource management with hands-on experience developing integrated programming. She currently works across two USAID projects, one focused on integrated natural resource management, where she oversees activity portfolios focused on gender equality and social inclusion and land and resource governance; and the other focused on small enterprise recovery in the West Bank and Gaza, where she serves as an intermittent climate change advisor.

From 2010-2018, as a senior member of DAI’s business development team, Gulick wrote and integrated priority proposals, provided management and facilitation support to proposal teams, and provided ad hoc technical and writing support to DAI projects in a variety of sectors. Previously, she served as the new business manager for DAI’s newly launched health sector. In partnership with the sector’s managing director and technical staff, she developed a new business pipeline and managed new business resources and partnerships to grow the sector to a portfolio of projects worth more than $200 million.

She holds a B.S. in foreign service from Georgetown University and an M.S. in Sustainability Management from Columbia University.
