Noa Gafni

Dr. Noa Gafni is an expert in social and environmental impact, innovation, and ESG. Her career spans sectors and continents, from working with the World Economic Forum in Switzerland to launching a social impact consultancy in the United Kingdom and running an institute at one of the most diverse campuses in the United States. Noa speaks frequently on topics related to social and environmental issues, contributes to leading publications, and hosts a podcast.
Noa began her career as a social entrepreneur, launching a social network for women in 2005, and then served as Head of Social Media for Hearst Magazines’ founding digital team. After completing her MBA at London Business School, Noa joined the World Economic Forum as a Global Leadership Fellow and Head of Communications for the Global Shapers Community. Shortly after leaving the World Economic Forum, Noa launched Impact Squared, a movement-building consultancy that worked with the United Nations Foundation, International Crisis Group and other leading organizations before joining forces with Dalberg. In 2019, Noa joined the Rutgers Institute for Corporate Social Innovation, housed at one of the most diverse campuses in the United States, as its founding Executive Director.
Noa currently serves as Faculty at Columbia University’s Climate School and Social Innovation Fellow at the University of Cambridge. She is frequently featured in the press, including the Harvard Business Review, Sunday Times, and Wall Street Journal.
