Maria Gray has a background in architecture, construction, sustainability and education. In depth experience managing start to finish mid size commercial renovations aligned with LEED and WELL standards. Key strengths include directing operations and finance, structuring and implementing project schedules, conflict resolution, lease negotiations, leading project teams and cultivating strong client relationships. With particular interest in supporting and strengthening communities through socio economic equity and inclusion.
Maria has taught for over 15 years in courses ranging from Theory and History of Architecture and Interior Design to Sustainable Environments at Barnard College and Parsons School of Design and is currently teaching the Integrative Capstone Workshop in the MS in Sustainability Management at Columbia.
She has a Bachelor of Arts in Architecture from the University of California Berkeley, a Master of Arts in Architecture from Columbia University and a Master of Science in Sustainability Management from Columbia University.
