Shahbaz Nadir is a Finance and Risk Management professional with 11 years of experience across nine countries - Pakistan, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Bahrain, United Arab Emirates, Jordan, Nigeria, Sudan, and the USA. Since July 2022, Nadir has been working as a senior financial analyst at Amazon Web Services (AWS) as part of the Customer Incentives Finance team based in Seattle.
Before that, Nadir was working as an associate director at UBS Financial Services as part of the Risk Identification team, focusing on operational risks based in the NYC metro area. Nadir has also worked for Deloitte and PWC as part of their risk advisory teams serving banking and financial services clients on credit risk, operational risk, internal audit, accounting, and regulatory topics.
While Nadir was a student in the ERM program at Columbia University, he was the treasurer of the SPS Student Government and an intern at the Career Design Lab.
