Zakiyah Stirrup is a 2022 HBCU Fellow at Columbia University studying human capital management. Zakiyah graduated from Alabama State University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. During her time there, she was a W.E.B. DuBois Honor Student, a chapter founder of the Phi Alpha Delta pre-law organization, and involved in the Student Government Association. Zakiyah aspires to be a talent acquisition professional focusing on Diversity, Inclusion, and Equity.
