Yana Parfenyuk

SVP, EIT Data Strategy & Integration Lead Executive, Bank of America

Yana Parfenyuk is a risk management leader with extensive experience optimizing complex business and technology processes across three lines of defense and implementing sustainable risk management solutions for leading financial institutions.

Currently, Yana is a SVP, EIT Data Strategy & Integration Lead Executive at Bank of America. In this role, she is leading Data Testing strategy for the bank, including optimization of processes and operating framework, and integration of Data Testing with enterprise data excellence programs.

Prior to joining Bank of America, Yana was a SVP of Operational Risk at Wells Fargo focusing on transformation of Operational Risk foundational components.  Prior to that, she was a Senior Manager in Deloitte Advisory’s Financial Markets practice where she has led large complex organizational transformations that integrated aspects of risk management programs to allow for a more seamless and efficient operating model and interface with the first line of defense; established risk management frameworks and second line of defense functions; and re-designed and deployed risk assessment methodologies and tools. Outside of delivering client engagements, Yana has managed and facilitated large-scale training programs and developed risk management points of view.
