Rajat Baijal
Head of Enterprise Risk
Rajat Baijal is the former Managing Director and Global Head of Enterprise Risk Management at Cantor Fitzgerald. In this role, Rajat led the design & implementation of a robust Risk Framework and assisted the Board/Senior Management in effectively embedding a risk aware culture.
Previously, Rajat served in various Risk Leadership roles at Kensington Mortgages (backed by Private Equity: - TPG & Blackstone), Aviva Insurance & Investments, Lloyds Bank and American Express helping these firms design and enhance their risk frameworks.
Rajat holds an M.B.A. in Finance from the University of Glasgow, UK.
