Our Ability: Connecting People with Disabilities to Jobs in the Community

Our Ability Inc. partners with businesses to provide customized, innovative inclusivity and disability expertise for business, sales, recruitment, culture, presentation skills, transition, and youth outreach. They provide disability education to empower employers to understand and leverage the increasingly valuable employment population of people with disabilities, proven to lower job turnover rates and boost morale and productivity – because a commitment to an inclusive workplace culture begins within. In this program, Our Ability CEO, John Robinson, will address:

  • The importance of educating employers on the value of workers with disabilities
  • The role that career practitioners can play in client/student self-advocacy and employer education
  • The use of technology, and specifically artificial intelligence, to bridge the gap between employers and workers with disabilities.
  • Review use of Jobs Ability as a tool for individuals and employers
