Doug Shagam

Associate, Human Capital Management

Doug Shagam leads the strategic workforce planning and organizational enablement team at Johnson & Johnson, including oversight of the HR analytics platforms. He joined the Workforce Analytics team in August 2018 from Nielsen, where over a ten-year period, he served in various capacities across business lines and locations.

Doug has spent nearly his entire career using data to enable organizations to make more informed decisions – whether as a Six Sigma Master Black Belt, leading business transformations, or driving innovative analytics solutions.

Prior to joining Nielsen, Doug was an associate at Booz Allen Hamilton leading organizational change initiatives. He began his career at General Electric in their renowned Financial Management Program (FMP).

Doug holds a BS in Chemistry, BA in Political Science and an MBA in Finance from the State University of New York at Buffalo.
