Aaron Westbrook

Aaron Westbrook is an award-winning public relations practitioner and brand + lifestyle marketing professional. Currently, Aaron serves as the Senior Brand Manager of Social at GoDaddy, overseeing its social analytics and customer engagement strategies. Prior to GoDaddy, Aaron served as Content Manager for Sean "Diddy" Combs at Combs Enterprises where he owned the social media strategy for Cîroc Vodka and DeLeón Tequila. Thus far in his career, Aaron has been responsible for various social analytic projects including reporting on social brand performance, competitive benchmarking, as well as global business reports. In addition, Aaron has experience with ideating quantitative and qualitative research projects (primarily with lifestyle and men's grooming companies), and took an active role in developing strategies to assist LG Electronics grow and measure engagement across its social media platforms. The 2014 recipient of the prestigious Ketchum Excellence in Public Relations Research Award; Mr. Westbrook joined Ketchum as a fellow in the summer of 2014 and transitioned to a full time position as a Research Associate. Aaron founded a lifestyle brand Aaron Andrews Apparel, a clothing line that fostered strategic partnerships with aspiring music artists, while a student at NIU. The brand's campaign, #DoWhatMotivatesYou, profiled emerging music artists from Chicago in an effort to build brand recognition and further emphasize the brand's objective of inspiring creativity. He has continued his involvement in fashion with his streetwear and clothing publication site, BasquetsNYC.com. Mr. Westbrook received his Master's in Public Relations from DePaul University (2014) and his undergraduate degree in Marketing from Northern Illinois University (2011).
