Elizabeth Ndungu

Student, M.S. in Information and Knowledge Strategy

Elizabeth Ndungu was born and raised in Nairobi, Kenya. She is a Masters of Science candidate in the Information Knowledge and Strategy program.  She serves as Treasurer at the SPS Student Government and VP of the Society of Knowledge Management Club as well as an intern at the Career Design Lab at Columbia.  She has a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Leadership from Marist College.  Her professional career spans 14 years of dedicated service to Marriott International, where she successfully worked her way up from a server to a Dual General manager.  As General Manager, she won multiple Operational & Financial awards due to her teams' hard work and Kindness.  In her current role, she is the Chief Visionary Officer of the Kindness Inspired organization where she looks forward to creating a global Kindness Inspired Community.  She hopes to pursue a Ph.D. and continue the research on the effect of Kindness and knowledge in organizations.
