Kristina Anderson

Associate

Kristina (Tina) Anderson is an HR and organizational development leader specializing in data-based approaches to diagnosing and solving difficult organizational challenges. She has particular expertise in employee communications and change management, talent management, leadership development, and HR program design across the employee life cycle. She takes delight as a practitioner in seeing how the research comes to life in real organizations. Her greatest reward comes from finding value-added solutions that are both grounded in best practices while also remaining true to the client’s unique needs.

Tina’s work in this field spans several industries, including aviation, architecture, consumer packaged goods, financial services, government, healthcare, manufacturing, marketing & brand management, non-profit, pharmaceutical, publishing, retail, and technology. She served in various internal HR roles before transitioning to consulting.

Tina holds a Master’s degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from NYU, a certificate in Organization & Leadership Development, also from NYU, a Master’s degree in English & American Literature from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and a Bachelor’s degree in English Literature from Brown University. She serves as President of the Friends of Brower Park Library in Brooklyn, NY, and volunteers with Taproot, New York Cares, and the PTA at her daughters’ school.
