Technology Management Mentor Joins J.Crew as New CIO
Columbia University’s Executive Master of Science in Technology Management mentor Michelle Garvey was recently hired as J.Crew’s Chief Information Officer and has been tasked with transforming the retailer’s digital assets to “jumpstart sluggish sales and declining profits” for the brand. Potential strategies include rebuilding IT platforms, overhauling supply chains, and appealing to younger audiences through personalization and customization options.
