ERM Alumni Analyze Risk at Morgan Stanley, Goldman Sachs, and the UN

Three alumnae discuss their experiences in Columbia's M.S. in Enterprise Risk Management program, as well as the impact the faculty and program has had on their careers. 

Leanne Dsouza, '19SPS, Operational Risk Associate in the Strategic Business Analytics division of Morgan Stanley, discusses the importance of having top-tier risk practitioners teach in the program. 

Anita Kabuga, '18SPS, is developing an enterprise risk management program as the Management and Programme Analyst at the United Nations. 

Marshell Ma, '20SPS, a Technology Risk Analyst at Goldman Sachs, talks about her experience with the program faculty, who she says not only brought the theoretical and academic knowledge but also practical help with her career development. 

Academic Director and Senior Lecturer in Discipline Sim Segal, F.S.A., brought the Enterprise Risk Management program to Columbia. "The heart of this program is quantifying all types of risk."
