Congratulations to Human Capital Management Academic Director Dr. Yvette Burton, who has been selected for Crain's New York inaugural list of Notable LGBTQ Leaders and Executives.

Crain’s consulted with trusted sources in the LGBTQ and general business communities to vet the nominations submitted by firms or individuals headquartered in the New York City metropolitan area. The leaders and executives were selected for their "career accomplishments, mentorship of others, and involvement in community and industry organizations, representing all manner of industries and occupations, including media, finance, government, health care, professional services, tech and the arts," reports Crain's New York Business

"Yvette Burton is a true scholar-practitioner in business strategy, focusing on scalable solutions that enable both growth and innovation in organizations of all sizes and scope. In that role, Burton consistently advanced the aerospace and defense company’s objectives by implementing integrated talent and workplace strategies.
