Dean Jason Wingard Speaks with the WSJ About Growing Pressure on Companies to Take a Stand on Social Issues

Dean Jason Wingard spoke with the Wall Street Journal about growing pressures on companies to take a stand on important social and political issues to attract and retain employees.

In the 2/20 digital and print issues of the Wall Street Journal , Dr. Wingard spoke about employee pressure on firms to make their position known on issues like climate change.

"Gone are the days where you can just go work somewhere and make good money and that is all you care about," said Dr. Wingard. "When we have our career week and we engage with employers on campus, one of the first questions students ask is: 'What do you stand for?'"
