On September 21, ERM Program Director Sim Segal interviewed Philip Sherrill, CRO of Arkansas Blue Cross and Blue Shield. Philip Sherrill is responsible for facilitating the company’s Enterprise Risk Management process and its integration into Strategic Market and Business planning. He works closely with the company’s Leadership and its Board to assess and manage a wide range of key and emerging risks influencing the organization and its strategy.
