Courtney Chicvak (NECR '17) authored an article for The Suffolk Lawyer that describes a three-part analysis to support successful online mediation.
Courtney is a is mediator at Courtney Anne Chicvak Mediation LLC, where she mediates commercial, employment, divorce and elder disputes. She is also an Associate in the Master of Science in Negotiation and Conflict Resolution program at Columbia University’s School of Professional Studies.
