For Bisesar, one of ten recipients of an Innovation Scholarship in April 2016, these awards will help propel him to his ultimate goal of starting his own consulting firm that provides estimating and scheduling services. He has credited the Construction Administration program for adding theoretical knowledge to his experience in the field, and connecting him with leaders in the industry.
