Mark Hildreth, alumnus and lecturer for Columbia University’s Construction Administration M.S. program, has been named a 2021 Young Professional by Commercial Observer. Hildreth, a Project Manager at Pavarini McGovern, received recognition for the large-scale projects and construction teams, including his recent work on the new 192,000-square-foot high-rise at 100 Vandam Street in New York. In the article, he discusses his passion for building design and the technical complexity of custom material and state-of-the-art features.
“As a project manager, you’re managing financials, you’re managing scheduling, you’re managing people, and then you get to see all of those components come together. It’s really fascinating for me,” Hildreth told Commercial Observer.
