Tess Pergande is the West Region Insurance Manager for Bravera Insurance, where she oversees the agency's Benefits, Claims, Personal Lines, and Agricultural departments while leading strategic initiatives across all product lines. With more than 11 years of industry experience, she has held a variety of leadership roles and is passionate about team development and continuous learning. Tess holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Management and is currently pursuing a master’s in Insurance Management at Columbia University’s School of Professional Studies.
