David Massa

David G. Massa is an Agency Relationship Manager with Chubb Personal Risk Services, where he partners with independent insurance agencies on Long Island to deliver insurance and risk management solutions for successful individuals and families. In his role, David serves as a key liaison between Chubb and its agency partners, helping agencies grow their business, strengthen client relationships, and provide exceptional service.

Prior to joining Chubb, David worked on the agency side of the insurance industry, including with NFP Private Client Group, a division of NFP, an Aon company. This experience provided insight into the independent agency channel and shaped his perspective on building successful carrier-agency partnerships.

David is currently a member of the seventh cohort of the Master of Professional Studies in Insurance Management program at Columbia University's School of Professional Studies. As both an industry practitioner and current SPS student, he brings firsthand insight into balancing professional growth, graduate education, and a career in insurance. He enjoys helping future professionals explore the many career opportunities available within the industry.

David earned a Bachelor of Science in Geography, with a minor in Sustainability, from Arizona State University.
