Steven Jarmon

Steven Jarmon has over 3 decades of experience in marketing, brand management, and communications for world-class consumer brands.

As Chief Marketing Officer for Tate’s Bake Shop, Jarmon helped reposition the brand to attract a suitor for its ultimate sale to category leader Mondelez international.  1800flowers.com, Jarmon spearheaded all public relations, advertising, promotions, creative services, and partnerships. At Dr Pepper Snapple, Jarmon led all advertising, public relations, incident management, licensing, educational partnerships and corporate social responsibility programs. At Nikon Inc., Jarmon was responsible for communications, product development, and also directed all eyewear licenses. Jarmon began his career at advertising agencies Benton & Bowles and Della Femina, Travisano & Partners in New York City and Elkman Advertising in Philadelphia, PA.

As a faculty member at Columbia University, St. John’s University, St. Joseph’s College (LI), and John Cabot University in Rome, Italy, Jarmon has taught emerging (and returning) marketing and communications professionals in undergraduate and graduate programs for more than 10 years.
