Sandra Del Guercio

Lecturer; Vice President, Enterprise Risk Management, Credit Agricole

Sandra is a risk management professional with experience in the banking and insurance industry.

Currently, she is Vice President, Enterprise Risk Management at Credit Agricole. Her role focuses on designing and executing the ERM framework of the combined US Operations (CUSO). She drives the implementation of the principles articulated in the framework and establishes a desirable balance between the global/parent operating model and CUSO priorities.

In her previous role, Sandra worked as a Vice President, Enterprise Concentration Risk Management at Citigroup where she was responsible for design, implementation and oversight of the Enterprise Concentration Risk Management framework and its integration with other processes of the firm. The scope included enhanced connectivity with business activities, risk management and risk governance practices including Risk Appetite, Stress Testing, and Material Risk Identification.

Prior to joining the banking industry, Sandra held roles in both Enterprise Risk Management and Insurance Risk Management and Underwriting for various global insurers. Additionally, she served as a mentor for insurer-tech startups participating in the Plug and Play accelerator program.
