Ramona Garcia is a People Senior Consultant at S&P Global where she draws on her expertise to address complex challenges across Talent Management, Organizational Development, and DEI. Ramona is passionate about developing innovative, human-centric solutions to address business challenges. Her work is distinguished by her ability to explore novel ways of understanding talent beyond typical process-centered approaches.

Ramona holds a Master of Science in Human Capital Management from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Arts in Corporate Communications from Baruch College. She is also a trained Co-Active Institute coach and Core Strengths Certified Facilitator. Prior to her existing role, Ramona held a variety of roles at S&P Global Ratings centered around HR Analytics, Labor Relations, and Organizational Design. She’s also held roles at CBS Corporation (now Paramount) and TransPerfect Translations.
