Neil Barman

Lecturer; SVP BCW Global

Neil is an SVP, Senior Director in BCW’s Corporate & Financial Practice. Based in New York City, he brings over 15 years of experience in the areas of organizational culture, diversity and inclusion, transformational change, strategic communications, learning and development, technology adoption and management consulting. In addition to serving as a leader of BCW’s Business Transformation Practice, Neil works closely with BCW’s Global Chief Inclusion Officer to support clients in the development and deployment of IDEA (Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, Accountability) related communications programs.

Prior to joining BCW, Neil was a leader in Deloitte’s Human Capital Consulting Practice, where he advised Fortune 500 executives and led clients through large-scale business transformations. Neil has provided leadership and support for multi-year, global transformation programs across a variety of industries, functions and technology platforms.

Neil serves clients across a variety of industries including Financial Services, Consumer Products, Technology, Oil & Gas, Media, and others. At BCW, Neil has worked with clients such as Walgreens Boots Alliance, Intel, ExxonMobil, Chipotle and others to help clarify and realize strategic priorities around M&A integration, employee retention and engagement, culture change, media relations, crisis communications and executive visibility.
