Monica Dahiya

Monica Dahiya is a strategic HR leader at Wiley where she partners with C-suite leaders in Finance, Legal and Strategy functions and their global teams on all people matters. She advises on key HR areas including talent management, organizational design, talent acquisition, succession planning, employee engagement, rewards and performance management. She joined Wiley in 2017 and held various roles in the Talent Management team leading global processes like succession planning and leadership development.
Previously, Dahiya spent a large part of her career at firms like Mercer and Hay Group Korn Ferry in their Talent Strategy and Leadership Effectiveness client advisory practices. She holds a Masters degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from New York University, and an MBA from Management Development Institute (MDI), India.
