Moby Ansari-Sheikh

Vice President of Enterprise Risk Management, BNP Paribas

Moby has over 15 years of experience in the financial sector having worked both as an investment banker and as a risk officer on Wall Street.

Moby is currently Vice President of Enterprise Risk Management at BNP Paribas.  In this role, she works within the Strategic Governance and Credit Platform, managing risk within Corporate and Institutional Banking for the U.S., Canada and Latin America.  Prior to this role, Moby provided risk reporting and control oversight within the Private Wealth Management arm of Morgan Stanley.

Previously, Moby worked for several years as an investment banker, beginning her career as an analyst at Goldman Sachs, where she focused on the Technology, Media and Telecom industries. At Allen & Company she worked on a number of mergers and acquisitions across the consumer/retail and technology sectors. At Perella Weinberg Partners, Moby focused on the restructuring advisory business, where she worked on a number of bankruptcies during the financial crisis.

Moby received her Bachelor of Arts from Dartmouth College and her Master of Science from Columbia University.
