Marilyn Kunstler

Marilyn Kunstler is a partner at the law firm Boies Schiller Flexner LLP, where she focuses on complex commercial and securities litigation and corporate governance. She represents both plaintiffs and defendants in a wide variety of matters in state and federal courts around the country. Ms. Kunstler is on the board of the New York Women's Bar Association Foundation, Inc., and a member of the Advisory Group of the New York State-Federal Judicial Council. She previously chaired the Federal Courts Committee of the New York City Bar Association. She speaks regularly on the management of complex litigation, corporate governance, and e-discovery. Ms. Kunstler teaches Technology and the Law.
