Mariana Pinos is the Senior Manager of Lifecycle Marketing for the Mediterranean culinary brand, CAVA. She leads the development, planning, and execution of CAVA’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) initiatives to drive growth, retention, and frequency. With a focus on driving increased customer value through integrated planning, she applies industry best practices and innovation across CAVA’s email, in-app, push, and SMS channels. She also oversees their loyalty program including redemption, marketing, and strategy.
Prior to CAVA, Mariana worked at JetBlue Airways where she progressed through the operation, finance, loyalty, and marketing teams. Her most recent role was Senior Analyst of Customer Personalization and Loyalty where she worked on their Year in Review campaign, website retargeting, and international portfolios. Mariana began her career working for NBCUniversal as a Program Researcher for Bravo and Oxygen.
Mariana has a B.S. from Cornell University in Business and an M.S. in Strategic Communication from Columbia University.
