Lauren Catenacci is an Organizational Effectiveness Consultant with a decade of experience helping organizations achieve even higher performance with a focus on people and culture as driving mechanisms for success. She combines the use of data analytics with evidence-based theory in organizational effectiveness to drive insights and change that unlocks people and organizational potential.
As an external partner, she straddles the dual role of both consultant and coach. She has supported leaders in a wide-range of organizations and industries in developing and strengthening their leadership approach. Moreover, she works closely with senior leaders using data-driven practices to influence and drive critical, oftentimes transformative change, needed to thrive in today’s VUCA (volatile, uncertain, complex, and ambiguous) environment.
Earlier in her career, Catenacci was Associate Director, Leadership & Organizational Effectiveness at Gartner. During this time, she designed a leadership framework guiding scalable identification, assessment, and development of leaders across the organization. Additionally, she drove enterprise talent strategy through a metrics-based succession planning program that strengthened the talent pipeline for unprecedented growth.
