Laura O’Neill Guerrieri is an Executive Coach and Senior HR consultant specializing in Leadership Development. Laura has 15+ years of corporate HR experience at large, global corporations including IBM and Goldman Sachs in the United States, China and the Middle East & Africa leading work & teams in Learning, Leadership Development, Diversity and HR Generalists.
Laura founded her own coaching and HR consulting practice, Weekday Warriors, to fuel her passion of helping people overcome personal and professional battles to be and do better. Laura is a mother of three young children who recently relocated with her family from the New York City area to the Pacific Northwest, USA.
A member of the International Coach Federation, Laura is a trained Coach from the NeuroLeadership Institute. She has her MA in Social-Organizational Psychology from TC-Columbia University and a BA from Villanova University.
