Jerry Cutler

Jerry Cutler has served as general counsel and chief human resources officer for multiple organizations, and as principal attorney in numerous federal labor and employment law cases. Jerry is lead author of "Legal Guide to Human Resources,” a two-volume treatise by Thomson Reuters providing guidance to attorneys and human resource practitioners on laws impacting sexual harassment, discrimination, privacy, safety and health, benefits, compensation, retirement, labor relations and collective bargaining. Jerry serves as co-chair of the American Bar Association’s Section of Litigation, Employment & Labor Relations Law Committee, and is a frequent commentator for the ABA’s Litigation News. He has contributed to a number of other publications including International Human Resources Guide"; "Human Resources: Policies and Practices; "The Developing Labor Law"; "The Fair Labor Standards Act"; "The Family and Medical Leave Act"; "Discipline and Discharge in Arbitration"; and "How Arbitration Works." Jerry also serves on the American Arbitration Association's national roster of arbitrators where he hears employment, commercial and consumer disputes.
Jerry has a BA degree from the Pennsylvania State University, and a JD degree with honors from the University of Maryland School of Law.
