Jean Michel Ngalikpima

Assistant General Counsel, Citi

Jean Michel Ngalikpima has over 20 years of experience in the financial industry. He is a Senior Vice President at Citi’s Legal Markets and Securities Services group. His areas of expertise include OTC derivatives, futures and clearing, securitization, financing, repos, securities lending, custody of securities, bond issues and Dodd-Frank. Before joining Citi, he worked at Societe Generale and Bear Stearns. Earlier in his career, he worked for BGL BNP Paribas in Luxembourg and for a leading law firm in Italy and the U.S. where he focused on the structuring and listing of notes for banks and corporations. He holds a Law Degree from the Catholic University of Louvain (Belgium), a Masters in Law from the University of Brussels (Belgium) and a LLM from Fordham University School of Law. He is admitted to the New York Bar and holds FINRA Series 7 (Securities Representative) and Series 3 (Futures and Commodities) licenses. He is fluent in French and Italian.
