Jason Levine

Lecturer, Construction Administration; Chief Estimator, Omnibuild Construction

Jason is the Chief Estimator at Omnibuild Construction where he oversees all estimating and purchasing for his firm. He has over 12 years experience in preconstruction with a specialization in large-scale new construction projects and major renovations. As the Chief Estimator, Jason works with building owners and developers to understand project costs, schedules, and logistics associated with their projects. Jason is also responsible for oversight of historical cost data, bid management, and estimating software.

Jason has a bachelor's degree from Binghamton University and a master's degree in Construction Administration from Columbia University. Levine holds the RICS accreditation and was instrumental in establishing the RICS relationship with Columbia University. He also is an adjunct professor at NYU's Schack School of Real Estate.
