Jacqueline Fleming

Lecturer

A marketing executive with 20 years of experience, Jacqueline Fleming unlocks buyer needs by helping brands build strategies that engage, inspire, and create impact. Her work spans companies and business units in varying maturity stages and ownership structures, enhancing organizational leadership, and delivering award-winning communications and brand management that lead to business growth. Fleming understands the value of marketing and communications as the beating heart of a brand’s culture and go-to-market strategy.

Throughout her career she has been known as a digital disruptor, helping some of the world’s most recognizable brands, including Edelman, Ogilvy, Hewlett-Packard, LinkedIn, SAI Global, and LG, transition to digital-first PR, brand narrative, and content strategies. She works with clients to accelerate performance with marketing technology, implement best practices, and nurture creativity with a consistent and deliberate approach. Fleming is now Managing Director of ModKaf, a woman-owned brand and communications consultancy, and one of two principals bringing a unified 'unagency' approach to helping companies shape the world with better stories marrying theory, practice, and technology to deliver creative solutions.

Fleming earned her undergraduate degree from Binghamton University and completed her Master of Science in Strategic Communication at Columbia University in 2016. She is a culture advocate; a member of the Association for Coaching, an international, non-profit professional body for executive coaches; and a member of several marketing technology advisory boards.
