Gemini Yadav

Gemini Yadav has over 20 years of experience in the Financial Industry mainly in enterprise risk management with experience overseeing the establishment, execution, transformation, and validation of enterprise risk programs across principal risk types.

Currently, Gemini is cross-enterprise transformation lead for enhancing Enterprise Risk Management capabilities at Citibank.  Gemini’s expertise includes managing the design, implementation, and regulatory validation of all aspects of an enterprise risk function, including enterprise risk frameworks, enterprise risk governance, enterprise-wide operating model, risk infrastructure, processes, and tools to identify, assess, measure, prioritize, mitigate, monitor, and report risk.

Prior to joining Citi, Gemini led the audit and regulatory validation of ERM function across principal risk types at Signature Bank. Gemini has also worked at Federal Reserve Bank of New York as Head of Risk Reporting and Enterprise Risk Oversight role.  Prior roles include Lehman Brothers, Neuberger Berman and Barclays Capital in risk and control enhancements. Gemini has contributed to the course development and aligning the course with current industry practices.

Gemini completed Ph.D. coursework and Master of Philosophy (M.Phil.) in International Relations along with a few Master’s degrees.
