Eleni Vrana

Lecturer of Finance

Eleni Vrana came to this country as an international student with a student visa to complete her undergraduate and graduate studies as many of her students at Columbia University.

She has over 20 years of experience in the Corporate Finance world. During her previous employment she held several financial leadership positions at Sotheby’s New York. In her last position there she was an Account Manager, managing part of the financial aspects of the New York auctions.

Currently, she is working in a financial leadership role as a Category Manager for the Finance Department of Columbia University. The group she works for oversees the Capital Project spendings of the University. She is also an Adjunct Lecturer for the Business Certificate program teaching Corporate Finance.

In her lectures she focuses on both her deep knowledge in Corporate Finance and her professional experience. Her students develop strong and practical Corporate Finance skills that they can apply to their personal and professional paths, through real world examples, projects and case study analyses.
