Chris Magno

Senior Vice President, General Manager, ADP Retirement Services

Chris Magno is Senior Vice President, General Manager, ADP Retirement Services. In this role, Chris is responsible for the strategic direction of the business which provides recordkeeping services for a wide range of retirement plan types to meet the needs of small-, mid-, and enterprise sized companies. Chris has direct oversight of Operations, Client Service, Implementation, Organizational Readiness, Strategy and Marketing - with dedicated IT, Finance, and Sales for Retirement Services having strong dotted lines into him.

Chris has held several roles of increasing responsibility at ADP, including the Global Head of Enterprise Risk Management and Sales Controller for Major Accounts. Most recently, Chris led the Client Experience Function for the Retirement Services business. Under his leadership, the business accomplished significant achievements including record levels of client retention and satisfaction.

Prior to ADP, Chris worked in the financial services and consumer healthcare industries, serving as the Head of Strategy and Business Development for the UBS Online Banking Product Suite, and was the U.S. Strategy and Development lead for brands like Advil, Chapstick and Robitussin at Wyeth Pharmaceuticals (now Pfizer).

Chris is a Lecturer in Risk Management at Columbia University and holds an MBA in Finance from Cornell University's Johnson School of Management as well as an undergraduate degree from Manhattan College.
