Associate Faculty, Human Capital Management

Chelsea Rodriguez is a leadership coach and organizational consultant at Meta in New York City (formerly known as Facebook) focused on systems change, culture and talent development. In her purpose to support leaders and teams in their own growth and transformation, she focuses on helping others raise their self-awareness and lead through change and complexity with more intention, compassion and inclusion.

Prior to Meta, Chelsea worked in Pine Street, the executive development team at Goldman Sachs in New York and Hong Kong, where she co-led the executive assessment practice, served as an executive coach and ran large-scale development programs for newly promoted leaders. She holds a Masters in social-organizational psychology from Columbia University and completed her executive coaching certification at Georgetown University. Chelsea is also trained and certified to administer the Hogan psychometric instruments.

When she’s not working with leaders and teams, she is supporting BIPOC birthing people in the Washington Heights, Bronx and Harlem areas of NYC as a Birth Doula. She hopes that everything she does in her professional and personal life is in service of helping people on their journeys to flourish as well as enjoy this one and precious life.
