Carolyn Montrose

Carolyn Montrose is a career success coach at Fullstack Academy, where she leverages twenty-two years of marketing experience to help alumni secure competitive data analytics and cybersecurity positions. She develops partnerships and curricula, executes events, and teaches technical job-search-related workshops. In addition, she coaches people to recognize their strengths, identify skill gaps, and communicate value to potential employers.

Before Fullstack, Montrose was the founder of Industrious Agency, a leadership communication consultancy where she helped teams launch new business initiatives, solve challenges, and collaborate more effectively. While at Industrious, she was a TODAY Show guest, a speaker at the Girlboss Rally UCLA, Women in Retail, and She Leads Media Conferences. She was also featured in an Advertising Week campaign headlined by Katie Couric.

Before Industrious, Montrose was an executive at Condé Nast. She led a team of visionary marketers and created award-winning, revenue-generating advertising campaigns, events, and partnerships covered in the New York Times, Wall Street Journal, Daily Front Row, Vogue, and WWD.

Montrose is also a world traveler, avid adventurer, and fundraiser for metastatic breast cancer research.
