Bryant Galindo

Associate, Negotiation and Conflict Resolution

Bryant is the Founder of CollabsHQ, offering communication and alternative dispute resolution consulting services. As a Mediator, Coach, and Consultant, Bryant’s life purpose – or his “why” – is to teach people how to communicate with their heart and mind.

He works with startup teams and business founders to reboot their communication or facilitate their negotiations as part of their equity restructuring deals, partnership dissolution deals, or because they need a new way forward in how they work together.

Bryant has also worked with Union Bank and the United Nations Institute for Training and Research as a consultant, creating online training modules that teach managers and humanitarian workers communication and conflict management skills. Before this, when he was pursuing his Master of Science in Negotiation and Conflict Resolution from Columbia University, Bryant got his start as a Mediator with the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. There he had the privilege of learning the ins and outs of mediation, resolving employment disputes in the $500,000 range from the Newark, NJ office.

Bryant brings heart to every client and project, which reverberates into his teaching modality: he challenges students to look at their interests and bridge theory with real-world application. He supports the NECR 5212 Conflict, Social Networks, and Communication Technologies, NECR 5107 Introduction to Mediation, and NECR 6150 Applying Conflict Analysis courses. Bryant is grateful he gets to give back to the program where his love for all things conflict resolution began.
