Anthony Rose

Lecturer, Human Capital Management

Anthony J. Rose has built a 25+ year career in Finance and Human Capital Management
from Fortune 50 to small, high growth tech-enabled companies. Currently, he is Chief
Financial Officer at Kapitus, a NYC-based FinTech with a mission to empower every
small business to succeed by providing the best financing options. In his role, he
manages global financial operations, people operations, strategic planning, and
enterprise risk management.


Previously he was Executive Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer at Dime
Community Bank where he led corporate strategy, human resources, investor relations,
retail operations, and board level governance. Prior to Dime, Anthony was a partner at
Marakon, a boutique strategic consulting firm where he focused on strategic planning
for investment and commercial banks. Prior to Marakon, he was Senior Managing
Director and Chief Financial Officer at Evercore/ISI, Chief Financial Officer of the Global
Equities business at Credit Suisse and had roles in strategic planning and equity
research at JP Morgan. He has also spent time as an Adjunct Professor at Columbia
Business School and Columbia University.


He holds a B.S. in Economics at University Wisconsin-Madison, an MBA from Columbia
Business School and is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).
