Anthony Calleo is a Human Resources Professional with expertise in developing productive workplace environments conducive to high employee engagement. His experience covers many broad areas, including employee onboarding, employee engagement, talent development, performance management, diversity, equity & inclusion.
A considerable segment of Anthony's experience comes from his over 20 years at Disney | ABC Television Group. He successfully worked in or led various groups during his tenure there, collaborating with a wide range of business units throughout Disney. Most recently, he was Vice President of Talent & Culture at Dime Community Bank. At Dime, Anthony led a highly visible team responsible for building and fostering an Intentional Culture by engaging with all levels of the organization.
Anthony holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Communications Arts and a Masters of Science in Instructional Technology, both from the New York Institute of Technology.
